Alfredo Sauce

1/2 C butter
2 cloves garlic
2 C cream
1/2 C Parmesan
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, cream, cheese, and salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until cheese is completely melted and the sauce has thickened up.
