Saucy Apricot Chicken

Chicken Breasts
1/4 C apricot jam
1/4 C Catalina salad dressing
1 t onion soup mix

Cook chicken in a pan with a little olive oil. In a small dish, mix together jam, dressing and soup mix. Mix well and pour over cooked chicken to heat up. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
